RENTAL OF OUTDOOR PAVILIONS

Parks & Recreation rents the following pavilions for family and group functions.  Please see below for more information regarding facility accommodations and rental fees.  To check availability or request a reservation, just click on "Make Pavilion Reservation" at the left of the page, or visit our office at 316 S. Everett High Road in Maryville.  All reservation requests made on-line will hold your reservation slot until our office reviews and approves the request.  There is a small convenience fee for using the on-line reservation service.

Each year, we begin taking reservations on January 1 for the months of March through October. Facilities can also be used November through February without reservations and at no cost, however, most restrooms are closed during these months due to the cold temperatures and we cannot guarantee the cleanliness of these facilities during this time.

Rental Disclaimers

⚬ The facility is rented in "as is" condition.
⚬ No nails, tacks or staples are allowed on any park structure.
⚬ Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on all park grounds.
⚬ No amplified music.
⚬ No garage sales, craft sales or any other for profit activity.
⚬ No grills or fires allowed under pavilions.
⚬ All trash and decorations are to be placed in trash receptacles or bagged when leaving.
⚬ Premises must be left in good condition.
⚬ All park rules and regulations of the Maryville-Alcoa-Blount County Parks & Recreation Commission apply.
⚬ Please be prepared for possible trash/debris at pavilions upon your arrival. Due to circumstances beyond our control, pavilions are sometimes used by non-permit holders after out Maintenance crew has already cleaned in preparation for your rental. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Rental Fees

Prices below are for parties with up to 100 people who are bringing in food only.  Parties with more than 100 in attendance or those bringing in tents or other items (inflatables are NOT allowed in parks) are considered a special event and will incur an additional $100 charge and must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance depending on the event.  

Refund Policy: Cancellations or requests for a later date must be received at least 30 days prior to the date of the event or fee will be forfeited.  The date of the event can be changed only once.  If you have any questions, please call Parks & Rec. at 983-9244.
