⚬ The facility is rented in "as is" condition.
⚬ No nails, tacks or staples are allowed on any park structure.
⚬ Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on all park grounds.
⚬ No amplified music.
⚬ No garage sales, craft sales or any other for profit activity.
⚬ No grills or fires allowed under pavilions.
⚬ All trash and decorations are to be placed in trash receptacles or bagged when leaving.
⚬ Premises must be left in good condition.
⚬ All park rules and regulations of the Maryville-Alcoa-Blount County Parks & Recreation Commission apply.
⚬ Please be prepared for possible trash/debris at pavilions upon your arrival. Due to circumstances beyond our control, pavilions are sometimes used by non-permit holders after out Maintenance crew has already cleaned in preparation for your rental. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
