BOOT CAMP FITNESS

These classes are “results driven” conditioning classes conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment utilizing a military-style format coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness.  Boot camp workouts include: cardiovascular and strength training, speed and agility drills, partner resistance exercises, group challenges, obstacle courses, games, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, grass drills, and various types of push-ups.  With a little bit of effort and commitment, you will see a more toned, leaner body; increased strength, endurance, and self confidence; a new appreciation for working out; and maybe meet some new fitness friends.  “Boot camp” might sound intimidating, but these classes focus on determination, encouragement, and doing your own personal best.  Workouts will be challenging, but fun with high energy and will vary each time.  Workouts can be modified to fit any level, so beginners to advanced exercisers are welcome.
